About
I am a cartoonist and lover of drawings, paintings, cartoons, and last but not least, border collies.
I have been drawing cartoons, mainly for newspapers, for many years. But recently - for the last decade or so - I've branched out into painting and drawing. I specialise in portraiture - of people and also of their beloved children and pets. There are many examples here, on this simple website.

My work is in the permanent collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, and in many private collections, including Charles Saatchi, Barbara Broccoli (the producer of the James Bond films), David and Victoria Beckham, Elton John, the film director Richard Curtis, and many others.

I have exhibited in London at Messum's Gallery, Bond Street, St Paul's Cathedral, London, and had my first solo exhibition at the Guildhall Art Gallery in the heart of the City of London. The show was called: "City Blues: Cartoons of the Recession and Banking Crisis."
This year, after concentrating on paintings rather than cartoons, I have shown my work more informally at gallery-cafes, in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, and in Hampstead, where I live and work.

My dog, Bandit, a border collie/spaniel mix, is my constant companion and critic.
